The ladies program includes:

6-week program consisting of 3 programmed days and 2 supervised coaching sessions per week.

FREE nutrition seminar with our in house qualified Clinical Nutritionist, Taryn Rucci.
Two body composition scans.
Team oriented training – typical of PTC.

The course is run over 6 weeks with two supervised coaching sessions per week.
